ORDERING AND RETURNS

EAZY SMART SRL reserves the right to select its customers. Products sold through GiazConcept are new and may be accompanied by a physical or electronic invoice upon delivery, in accordance with applicable law.

Prices are periodically updated based on active advertising campaigns and exchange rates. Prices are final and do not include shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Customers may unilaterally withdraw from a purchase contract without penalties and without stating a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, in accordance with applicable laws.

Returns are free of charge. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the written notification of withdrawal. Shipping costs are not included in the refund.

Customized products made to order cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

FINAL PROVISIONS

Any other issues arising from the products and services presented on GiazConcept and not already covered by any article in this document will be resolved amicably within 30 working days from the written notification of the problems by the user.

If the issue encountered is not resolved within a reasonable time (within the maximum period of 30 days) or satisfactorily, please contact us for amicable resolution at hello@giaz.devdanco.com.

If the conflict is not resolved amicably, the competence lies with the Romanian courts or an alternative dispute resolution body agreed upon by both parties.By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Use of the EdenBoutique website, the customer fully assumes the consequences arising from using the website under these conditions.

The maximum amount of damages that EAZY SMART SRL may pay to any customer is the amount received by EAZY SMART SRL from that customer.

We also reserve the right to cancel any order if the recipient does not respond to the contact number provided in the order within 2 working days or if they are not present at the address, date, and time previously agreed upon and confirmed for delivery.
