Return Policy

According to current legislation (Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014), the right to withdraw from a purchase applies only to individual consumers. As such, the consumer has the right to notify the seller in writing of their decision to withdraw from the purchase, without penalties and without providing any reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product.
The 14-day return policy applies only to orders delivered via courier.

We recommend that returned products be in the same condition as they were delivered (ideally in the original packaging, with all accessories, tags, and accompanying documents).
Returns and exchanges are free of charge on the GiazConcept website.

According to Article 16(c) of O.U.G. 34/2014, if the consumer (Buyer) orders clearly personalized products, made to their specifications (and thus modified at the Buyer’s request), they accept that such products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

If the customer decides to withdraw from the contract, they must also return any gifts that came with the product.

If the products are returned in a condition that makes them unsellable as new, we reserve the right to reduce the refund value to cover restoration costs, or—at the customer’s request—resend the products at their own expense.
If the product is accepted for return, the refund will be issued within 14 calendar days from receiving the withdrawal notification.

The consumer must return the product without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of communicating the decision to withdraw from the contract, to the address indicated in the purchase documents and on the website.

Note: Products made to order or customized according to the client’s specifications cannot be returned, in accordance with Ord. 130/2000, Chapter 2, Article 10, letter (c)—contracts for the supply of products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, as well as products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate quickly.
In such cases, returns are accepted only in the event of manufacturing defects, according to Article 7.9.2.
