Delivery

Delivery is carried out via Packeta to the delivery address specified by you in the Order Form, under the Delivery Address section. Orders are processed during working hours (Monday – Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM), within a maximum of 2 working days. The schedule may vary during holidays and vacation periods, and any changes will be announced on the website.
Products are delivered within a maximum of 7 days (usually within 2 days) from the confirmation of payment received in the company’s account.
Delivery is made through the courier service Packeta, either to the provided delivery address or to Packeta pick-up points within Romania. On the day of delivery, the courier will contact you to confirm the delivery and any other necessary details.
Shipping is free for orders over 500 lei. For orders under this threshold, the shipping fee is 20 lei.

Payment for Products

Ordered products must be paid in full; otherwise, delivery will not take place. Payment for products ordered on the GiazConcept website, in accordance with these “Terms and Conditions,” can be made by online card payment or cash on delivery.
EAZY SMART S.R.L. reserves the right to request advance payment in certain cases. Advance payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card; proof of payment must be sent to EAZY SMART S.R.L. at the email address hello@giaz.devdanco.com. Delivery will be made only after payment confirmation is received.

For online card payments, EAZY SMART S.R.L. will request confirmation of the transaction’s security and validity from the electronic payment processor and may conduct additional checks when necessary. These checks may lead to the cancellation of the order for security reasons.
